How to Reset the Account Password for Bold Reports?

If you have forgotten your password for your Bold Reports account, you can follow the steps below based on your account type to reset the account credentials.

Resetting your Bold Reports Account Password

1. Go to https://login.boldid.net/accounts/recover and enter your email address to receive the forgot password link.

2. Check your inbox and open the reset password email from Bold Reports. Click the Reset Password button in the email.
   

3. On the Reset password page, enter your new password and click the Reset my password button to save it.
   

   

4. After changing the password, you can log in using your new credentials.
