- Drag and drop a Table report item onto the design interface. Configure it with the required data fields and properties.
- Right-click the last row of the table, select Insert Row, then choose Outside Group – Below.
- Press and hold the Ctrl key, then click each cell in the newly inserted row to select them. Right-click any selected cell and choose Merge Cells.
- Right-click inside the merged cell, select insert, then choose Rectangle.
- Adjust the rectangle’s width as needed. Then, drag and drop the desired report items (e.g., text boxes, charts, images) into the rectangle to display data as required.
- Click Preview to see the enhanced layout with the embedded rectangle and its contents.
