How to Restrict User Access to Data Source in Bold Reports Report Server

To set data access limitations for users in Bold Reports Report Server, you must be an administrator. To limit data access, please follow these steps:

  1. Access the Data Sources Management section or menu, which allows you to manage data sources. This section will be labeled as Data Sources.

  2. Locate the specific data source for which you want to set access limitations. Click on the [] icon associated with the data source to access its settings.

  3. Within the data source settings, find the Manage Access option by selecting Sharing Permissions.
