How to Hide Help Links in Bold Reports Report Server

Bold Report Server provides an option for customizing the visibility of the help link. You can choose to show or hide the help link based on your preferences, offering a more personalized user experience.

1. Log in as the UMS admin user.

2. Navigate to the Configuration Editor.
   
   
3. Select the configuration file.

• Identify the config.json file using the Search your files drop-down menu.
  

4. Modify the HideHelpLink setting.

• Set the value of the HideHelpLink node to true within the config.json file.
  

5. Save the file changes by clicking the Save button.
   
   
6. To apply the changes, restart the application. The help link will now be invisible to all users.
   
   
   
   Note: This change will affect all users, and they will no longer be able to access the help links from the info icon.
