How to Hide Table Cells Without Leaving Blank Spaces
In Report Designer, you can hide specific Tablix cells to control the visibility of elements within your reports effectively. Begin by selecting the table that contains the Tablix cell you want to hide. Click on the table to ensure it’s the active and selected element within your report.

To access a broader range of settings and features, you’ll need to locate and activate Advanced settings. Simply click the ellipsis icon and choose Advanced from the menu that appears, as shown below:

To hide a Table cell member from the advanced column group drop-down:
- Select the static Tablix member in the column group drop-down.
- In the control panel, uncheck the visibility property.
NOTE: By unchecking the Visible checkbox, the selected Tablix member will remain hidden until manually re-enabled. Alternatively, you can control the visibility dynamically by using an expression.
