How to Implement a Multitenant Architecture Within a Corporate Client's Tenant

This guide provides instructions on how to create a multi-tenant system within each tenant for multiple corporate clients using categories, groups, and permissions.

Procedure

Step 1: Create Categories

Please create two categories named Client1 and Client 2.

Step 2: Create Groups

Establish two groups, Client1 Group and Client2 Group, corresponding to the respective corporate clients.

Step 3: Assign Users to Groups

Add the relevant users to each group. For example, add user1 and user2 to the Client1 Group, and user3 and user4 to the Client2 Group.

Step 4: Define Permissions

Assign permissions to each group individually to control access. For instance, grant Read permission for Reports in category.

Step 5: Result

As a result of this configuration, users in the Client1 Group will have exclusive access to content within the Client1 Category, while users in the Client2 Group will only have access to the Client2 Category.
