Resolving Pop-Up Blocking Issues in Firefox

When using Firefox, you may encounter issues with pop-up windows not appearing as expected. For example, when using Bold Reports, an error may occur while creating the dataset, as shown in the snapshot below. This can interfere with the functionality of websites that rely on pop-up windows for important features. To resolve this issue, you may need to disable the block pop-up windows feature in Firefox. Follow the instructions below to adjust your pop-up settings.

Steps to Disable Pop-up Blocker in Firefox

1. Launch the Firefox browser and click on the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner to open the menu.

2. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

3. In the Settings menu, click on Privacy & Security from the panel on the left side.

4. Navigate to the Permissions section and locate the Block pop-up windows feature. You will see a checkbox next to it.

5. Uncheck the box next to Block pop-up windows to disable the pop-up blocker.
