If you encounter an HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error after installing the Bold Reports, it may be due to a corrupted Microsoft .NET Core installation. Follow the steps below to repair the Microsoft .NET Core installation and resolve the error.
Steps to Repair Microsoft .NET Core Installation
- Go to Control Panel and select the Uninstall a program option.
- In the next screen, search for Microsoft .NET 6.0.x – Windows Server Hosting.
- Right-click the program and choose the Change option from the menu.
- Select the Repair option in the dialogue box and wait for the process to finish.
ⓘ For Bold Reports v2.3 or earlier versions, please repair the Microsoft .NET Core 3.1.x – Windows Server Hosting.
After the repair is completed, try accessing the Bold Reports site.
