How to Resolve HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error in Bold Reports?

If you encounter an HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error after installing the Bold Reports, it may be due to a corrupted Microsoft .NET Core installation. Follow the steps below to repair the Microsoft .NET Core installation and resolve the error.

Steps to Repair Microsoft .NET Core Installation

  1. Go to Control Panel and select the Uninstall a program option.
  2. In the next screen, search for Microsoft .NET 6.0.x – Windows Server Hosting.
  3. Right-click the program and choose the Change option from the menu.
  4. Select the Repair option in the dialogue box and wait for the process to finish.

ⓘ For Bold Reports v2.3 or earlier versions, please repair the Microsoft .NET Core 3.1.x – Windows Server Hosting.

After the repair is completed, try accessing the Bold Reports site.
