How do I obtain the Offline Unlock Key file from our Bold Reports account page?

The default configuration of Bold Reports requires online license validation. However, if you encounter network restrictions or other obstacles preventing online license validation, you can obtain an offline unlock key for your subscription. This option becomes available on the accounts page after offline license support is activated. To enable offline license access, submit an activation request through our support system or contact our sales team at sales@syncfusion.com.

After offline license activation is successfully completed for your subscription, navigate to your account page. Under the Downloads & Keys section, click on the Downloads option and expand Windows to download your offline unlock key file.
