How to Add or Edit Card Details in a Bold Reports Subscription

Bold Reports® allows Subscription Owner and Billing Administrators to add and update the cards in Payment. This guide explains how to add and update cards in Bold Reports® Subscription.

Add a Card to Your Subscription

To integrate a payment card into your Bold Reports® trial subscription, please follow the detailed instructions outlined below:

  1. Go to the Software Trial History section, accessible via the Bold Reports® accounts page.

  2. Locate your trial subscription and click the Manage button. This action will redirect you to the subscription details page.

  3. On the subscription details page, select the Manage Payment button. This action will redirect you to the payment details page.

  4. Click on the + icon or the Add Card option available on the page.

  5. Enter the card details as prompted, and then click the Next button.

  6. On the Billing Address page, provide the necessary billing information. If the billing and shipping addresses are the same, ensure the checkbox is selected. Click Next to proceed.

  7. On the Shipping Address page, input the shipping address. Finally, click Save to complete the process.

Updating Your Card in the Subscription

To update or modify the card details associated with your Bold Reports® subscription, please follow the steps below :

  1. Go to the My Subscription section on the Bold Reports® accounts page.

  2. Click the Manage button on your subscription and it will be redirected to the subscription details page.

  3. Click Manage Payment and click Edit Card and will ask for the new card details.

  4. Fill in the card details and click the Update button.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Can I add multiple payment methods in Bold Reports®?
    Currently, Bold Reports® supports only one payment method per subscription. Support for multiple payment methods may be introduced in the future.

  2. Can I delete a payment method?
    No, Bold Reports does not currently provide an option to delete an existing payment method. However, you can update the card details if needed.

  3. Who can access and manage payment methods?
    Only users with Admin or Billing and Subscription permissions (such as the Subscription Owner and Billing Administrators) can view or manage payment methods.

  4. Does Bold Reports ® send notifications for payment failures?
    Yes. Bold Reports® automatically sends billing-related notifications, including payment failures, to the subscription owner and the billing email address configured in the subscription.

  5. What happens when my trial subscription ends?
    When your trial period ends, you will need to add a valid payment method to continue using the subscription without interruption.

  6. Can I update my billing address?
    Yes, you can update your billing address while adding or updating your payment method from the Manage Payment page.
