Bold Reports allows this by using the DocumentOpenPassword custom property, which ensures that users must enter a password to open the exported document. Steps to configure the DocumentOpenPassword custom property
Step 1: Access the Custom Attributes Section
- Click the gray area outside the report designer canvas to open the Properties panel. Expand the Miscellaneous section and click Set Attributes under Custom attributes.

- In the Custom Attributes dialog box, click Add to create a new attribute.
