How to Reactivate a Suspended Bold Reports Free Tier Site
Bold Reports Free Tier sites are automatically monitored for inactivity. If your site remains inactive for 30 days, it may be suspended. This article explains the inactivity timeline and how to reactivate your site to restore access before it is permanently deleted.
Understanding the Inactivity Timeline
To help you avoid permanent data loss, the system follows the inactivity schedule below when no activity is detected:
- Day 31–33: You will receive one reminder email each day if your site has been inactive for 30 days.
- Day 34: Your site is automatically suspended. You can still reactivate it during this period.
- Day 49: Your site and all associated data are permanently deleted. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
Why Did My Site Become Suspended?
The Bold Reports system automatically marks a Free Tier site as inactive if it has not been accessed or used for more than 30 consecutive days. Once the inactivity period is reached, the site enters the suspension process.
How to Reactivate Your Site
If your site is suspended due to inactivity (between Day 34 and Day 48), follow these steps to reactivate it:
- Go to the Bold Reports Accounts page.
- Sign in using your registered email address and password.
- On the Dashboard, locate the suspended site under your subscriptions or site management section.
- Click Activate next to the suspended site.
- Wait a few moments while the site is reactivated. Once its status changes to Active, you can access your reports again.
Tips to Prevent Future Suspension
- Access your site regularly: Sign in and use your Bold Reports site at least once every 30 days.
- Upgrade your plan: To avoid inactivity restrictions, consider upgrading to a Cloud or Enterprise (On-Premises) plan.
- Keep notification emails enabled: Make sure emails from
[email protected]are not marked as spam so you receive inactivity reminders.
By accessing your site regularly or upgrading to a paid plan, you can prevent suspension and avoid permanent data loss.
