Step 1. Sort Data in the Chart Data Region

Select the chart report item in the design canvas.
In the Properties panel on the right, click the Data tab.
Under the Column section, click the Settings next to the column field value, then select Sorts to open the Sort dialog box.
In the Sort By dropdown, select the field you want to use for sorting (for example, ProductCategory).
Choose your preferred order:
- Ascending (A-Z / 0-9): Organizes data from lowest to highest.
